Petals & Pastries—How it began….
Once upon a time on a Northeast Nebraska farm lived a faith filled family of 12. Having been taught how to grow their own fruit and vegetables and make everything from scratch, many of the children found themselves in the kitchen quite often. One daughter, Joanne Ekberg, took her talent to main street in Osmond, Nebraska and thus was born Petals & Pastries. Joanne and her dedicated employees take great pride in ensuring the delivery of quality products which are dedicated to Joanne’s parents, siblings, husband Alan, children Brad and Kari, and Jen, Rich and Addison Hodson.
